- Start Smart Headquarters: Marketing campaign to remind parents and students to start school on the first day. Includes a photo upload contest.
- Supply Swap: e-bay type space where employees post supplies that are surplus. Other employees can then search, subscribe to and request.
- Document Library: Central space for all District Documents
- Surveys: Poll the community on topics and display results graphically.
- Community Connection: e-newsletter that the community subscribes to and then is sent out weekly via e-mail.
- Duty Log: A combination of applications where employees can track daily duties, engage in project management, fill out a time card, or track mileage in District.
